I can probably look up possible end-user for each domain and send an email, but is just too taxing especially if you have many domains etc..
Is there a software or paid service or free service to do this? ex.. send out emails to people who have similar keywords, or who might need it for there business.

What do you guys do?
I know there are people who send out emails daily and get a few responses back...
and i have recieve emails that seem like templates, so i know it was automatically sent to other people too.

And If you have the time, please share a good example sales inquiry message
Thanks for the help!

Don't.

I'm sure you've job hunted before; and if not, heard the expression to tailor your resume.

Sales pitches work best for me when I tailor them to the end user.

My pitch is as little words as above and they get responses.

what you're contemplating sounds like mass spam

don't just send an email to someone because they have a domain with similar keyword..... look and see why they own it, what they are doing with it, etc.

if it's parked, then most likely it's another domainer who won't be interested in your domain

What you are asking for is straight up spamming. Its not an effective strategy at all. Plus it might get you into all sorts of trouble with all sorts of people.-your hosting company, registrar, google etc. Not worth it. You have to put the work in to get the result. That way when you have some success you really feel you deserve it. Thats how I see it.

As for sale inquiry messages, there is a thread on here with gazillion of pages and tons of info, email templates and other sources of end user prospecting ideas. Search through the forum and you will find it

Can only agree with the replies above. Sending out custom e-mails to potential buyers is a better option. You should make it clear how the domain in question can benefit the potential buyer, for example, by making a reference to a specific product etc. I'm not a big domainer and rarely send mail to potential enduser but it happens and so far I have never received a spam complaint. The worst reply so far has been a simple "no thanks".
