I am planning to develop a website where people can list their domain names for sell or buy, kind of small domain name market place . I found affiliate programs only for registry service but not listing and escrow services.
My questions are

1> What are legal issues to develop site myself?
2> Is their any affiliate program where i run my website and avail all services and tools provided by the merchant.
