How to create a CNAME record on GoDaddy?

ive been trying to create a CNAME record for configuring google apps with a domain at godaddy. The google help tells to cllick on Total Dns link, but theres no link on the "total dns tab"
also it is written there, not hosted here
can anyone tell me how to create a CNAME record on godaddy?
is it free?

now im able to do it,
earlier the domain was parked at sedo thats why i dint have any dns options!
now its parked at godaddy now i can change the dns
