How to contact Fabulous.com Customer Support

I have an issue and want to speak with someone at Fabulous.com.
I used to call and talk with them on the phone. However, when I called today there is just a voice message saying to email my question to support.
I emailed a few hours ago but haven't heard back. Is there a way to contact Fabulous.com quickly?
Do they no longer have a customer support phone line? Are they available by live chat? Skype? or some other way besides antiquated email.

I received an email from Fabulous's support.
They no longer have a customer support phone number so the only way to communicate with them is by email.
