How to check site for ban?

hay how can i check a website if it has or hasn't banned before i purchase it?

like is there a generator out there that can check it the site as been banned off Google adsense?

Use this Google query:

site:www.yoursite.com

to see if your site is indexed.

Use this Google query:

site:yoursite.com

to see if your subdomains are being indexed as well.

The site isn't being banned from Adsense, it's the owner using the domain that is or may be banned from the Adsense program.
You would have to verify if the domain is indexed and thus not banned by doing above queries.

If it's not showing in the index then it's penalized (banned) or still very new.
