How safe is moneybookers?

Recently, (I suppose with all the chargeback problems of PayPal), I have noticed many sellers preferring payment through MoneyBookers.

I'm just curious though, how safe is MoneyBookers from a buyer's point of view?


edit- Is there any buyer protection at all? What happens if you pay and you don't receive the domain? Thanks

it is as reliable as your seller, so if you do not trust the seller then you shouldn't use it.

but I am not sure if you can sell domains with it (since you cannot ship a domain )
