Thank you Moneybookers

Those who know me know that I do not deal with Paypal, and use Moneybookers for the small purchases < $1000.

Yesterday night I was doing my usual transactions, and when I logged in to my MB account I saw that my access is limited. I was very mad, since I had to receive some funds from a member who just bought a domain from me.

Knowing the hassle I had with PP, who still hold my account locked after several months I submitted all my documents I was very panicked. And very angry.

Today I submitted my documents (ID and bank statement) to them and in 1 hour the limits of my account were lifted. Furthermore, my account transaction limit was increased to 15.000 euro for 90 days.

It is so refreshing dealing with a fast and competitive customer support. And it is so refreshing to know that there is no possibility of chargeback, and that the fees are very low.

I even stopped sending emails to the PP customer support, since they always answered my email with some automatic templates, actually I think they never even read my emails.

From now on only Moneybookers, Moniker escrow and wire for me.

I have MB account. received and sent some payments there. No problems so far.

when the buyer is sending payment he or she must write in the payment topic the domain name and explanation payment for xxxx.com like that , Moneybookers strictly doesnt like payfriend ,after your transactions raised moneybookers will ask you why did you give him this money? I heard people doing payfriend they are funding betting, not selling anything ,they cant explain why they send then moneybookers closed their accounts
