discuss How PrizeFight.com went from $105,000 to $9,000

One of the recent sales that drew my attention was the domain name PrizeFight.com
While the same name sold for $105,000 in 2006, it went for only $9,000 in 2018.

What are the reasons you site for such a heavy decrease in the price of domain name?
Do you suspect a trend/event that died out?

I seen few of similar sales

Recent noticeable one was

SATI.com sold for $100K last year or couple years ago (Enduser bought who had plan to launch some kind of Energy Drink)

Plan may not worked out.

SATI.com sold on Sedo Auction for $9K or $10K coupl months ago.

Price fluctuations do happen, but here I find this domain amusing how initially it got sold for such high amount.
