Is there anyone active on here from Dan.com? I need my refund...

I purchased a domain name for $100 and the seller was unresponsive. I asked for a refund and they agreed and the next day it was posted in my account as a pending transfer, but today it's gone. It seems like they retracted my refund for no reason, before it went through to my account. I need my refund ASP!

The dan.com person emailed back and said that the refund was never retracted, but it was. It's not in my account and the bank confirms that was the refund transaction was canceled. I have my bank screenshots to prove. This is ridiculous.

Never mind, it's showing in my account again. Not sure what went on earlier.
