UDRP Neuralyze.com UDRP failed as domain is senior to Complainant’s brand

The disputed domain name was registered by a managing member of the Respondent’s company which was incorporated in 2018. As such, the Respondent could not itself have been using the disputed domain name in 2016. It appears that the use of the domain commenced within months of the Complainant’s mark application in 2021.
