0 .. as there are 10's of thousands of unregistered worthless one word domains available. Why not offer the list to people for free, and have them pay you for every name they register? Your way is like offering Florida swamp land for sale. IMHO

Post example of that domains list, its hard that anyone can buy something like this without knowing really what it is.

Sorry, but if they were "TOP QUALITY NAMES" they would have been registered years ago. It is statements like yours that give false hope to people and at best are misguided and at worst, totally misleading.

Terms like "top quality" and "premium" are the most overused terms on Domain Forums.
