I think it's worth reg fee. Here's why:
1. Long name, very long name (although descriptive)
2. there are tons of domains similar to this one. monster.com just beats all competitors
3. most people here at namepros buy domains in order to resell them. Most aren't going to start a recruitment agency because they purchased a domain

However, if you develop a site for this domain, it could be worth a few hundred dollars.
