How long is normal for a domain away transfer from NamePros to complete?

Last week Wednesday a transfer request with authorisation code was submitted by the registrar to which my domain regged here at Namepros was to be transferred. Up to now the domain is still in my account here at Namepros and the buyer is wanting to cancel the sale because it is taking so long for the domain to arrive in his account. Can someone tell me what the normal time involved in such a transfer should be?

You've posted, I believe, at least four public threads (in three separate forums) on the subject ... my advice would be to post in the Private-to-Staff™ area (and check with the receiving Registrar) at this time, IMHO. :gl:
