I sold a domain that I have registered here at Namepros. I sent the buyer the authorisation code. I just got back this reply from the buyer:
"Yes, I have initiated the transfer, but I have received an error message
from eurodns, saying invalid domain."
How can this be? My domain whois is correct and updated and looking into my Namepros account all looks fine. I have the LOCK switched to "OFF"
The domain had expired on 19 March 2008 and was in the redemption period. I extended the registration 4 days ago and as I said all the whois details come up 100%. What could be the problem? I requested the authorisation code 3 days ago but the buyer applied it only today. Could it be that the autorisation code is expired after 3 days?
