How long is normal for a domain away transfer from Namepros to complete?
Last week Wednesday a transfer request with authorisation code was submitted by the registrar to which my domain regged here at Namepros was to be transferred. Up to now the domain is still in my account here at Namepros and the buyer is wanting to cancel the sale because it is taking so long for the domain to arrive in his account. Can someone tell me what the normal time involved in such a transfer should be?

I've never transferred a domain out from Namepros, so I can't unfortunately answer that question... I'd recommend contacting the registrar it's supposed to be getting transferred to and seeing if anything is causing the problem. I've had a similar problem myself recently trying to get a .ca changed registrars... Sometimes a phone call is your best bet -- at least you'll be able to tell your buyer something other than "I don't know" that way
