How does PR efect domain value?

I have a 3 pr5 that have been regged since 2002
what would be a good price to set?
how valuable are pr and age?

when it comes to selling because of the pr, the domain name/keywords and the nature of the backlinks will play a part in the price, and that's where the domain age can help. off the top of my head, $20+ for the pr3 and $40+ for the pr5 - if it's real .
