I have my names listed at flippa and sedo but I have been thinking about deleting them all. Now that I got my first offer through my own market place site. I'm trying to sell them through twitter lately and in occasions contacting website owners and other tld's owners as well.

I generally park everything at Uniregistry with the sales link going to each individual sales page on my sales site. Those that make good parking income stay that way, those that don't I remove the parking page and just redirect straight to the sales page. Domains are listed at Sedo, Afternic, Uniregistry etc... but majority of my sales have always come direct as that's where I point them as I prefer the value of continually building my 14+ year database of end user leads over anonymous offers.

continually building my 14+ year database of end user leads

What's the typical profile (or profiles) of your end users (eg: startups, medium/large corporations, moms and pops, internet marketers, domainers, financial investors...) ? How many are there in each category ? what percentage of your sales are done to your list ?

ou start taking offers or listing your domain, take stock of its value so that you can come up with a good price. There are a lot factors to take into consideration when determining the value of a domain, so if you are unsure it may be wise to contact a company that performs these assessments.

Find your niche. You want a domain that is found by typing it in as their first choice.
Market places are really used to clear domains. Email is best tool steering client to the obvious choice for their business for best end user price.

first you have to know who are your end users. once you get that thing clear then you have to contact them ( i prefer emailing) , then make them an offer and try to convince them that why they should buy the domain.
