How do you sell to a business?

I bought a domain that expired tonight hat's a dot com. There is a big building supply company in China that is xxxxx.net and I own the xxxxx.com, how should I go about selling it to them?

Several approaches... Be careful if that name is their trademark. If it is generic and you feel confortable with it, email seem to be your best choice. There is always a way. I have always gotten success via email.

Its 5 letters. It doesn't spell anything. I saw it was expired. I emailed. Nothing yet. I called and get " welcome to Verizon, etc. Etc... The website is in Chinese and I can't translate correctly. I own wfxmy.com. they own wfxmy.net.... I am having trouble finding info and translating. I need a broker..

Sure, buy the .com of a company with the .net.
And try to sell it to that company.
I smell lawyers, etc. going after a cybersquatter.
