How do you find out (for free) all domains owned by someone?

Was checking out some domains via Domaintools and found out this one particular company owned 400+ other domains. but when I wanted to do a reverse whois I get sent to a page where yea sure the list is there but the letters are removed and you need to pay $299 to get the full info.

I've read some people on NP say things like "yea they own some pretty nice domains"

I'm assuming they found this out using some reverse whois that's free?

I think it would be useful info to know this so as to get an idea of what kind of domains that company is "prone" to investing it and securing.

Thanks in advance.

You can do a reverse whois using either the name of the person or email id used to register the domain. This way, you can find out all the domains owned by that person

Tried it, doesn't work

How come? Works great for me, i.e. whoisology.com.

At first hand, domainbigdata.com seems great too, but the data couldn't be more outdated.

i think domainiq does that and even namebio. You can check that and confirm it.

If you have a phone number this can work:
"Phone_Number" Site:Whois.DomainTools.com
Real life example below (returns real results with this obviously fake phone #)
+1.4165551212 site:whois.domaintools.com
You can try it with or without the +1. depending upon the domain registrations country of origin
and their phone prefix structure

Street address can also work as can a partial text string of the address.
Name may return too many results.

Welcome Arjun ! Is this what you used on me? Lol

But that domainhistory site has some crazy recent searches at the bottom.

I like that they post domains searched daily in real time

Opportunity to promote your live domain auction?????:xf.wink:

I wonder how much traffic. This site gets!

I wonder how much it would cost to dev a site like the ones mentioned here?

Like domaintools Namebio

Tremendous opportunity to promote domain auctions like Namebio.or hosterstats (thanks alcy)

I was going to give you a smart ass insulting reply - like why don't you check yourself before wasting my time.
But I decided to check a Google search (160 results) vs DuckDuckGo (9 results) vs StartPage (0 results) vs Bing (9 results)
So Google wins by far and your question had merit....

He asked about free tools! In domainiq you have to pay.

It is impossible to find out all domain names from someone if they use multi phone number, multi email address for their contact details.

Reverse name search. But bulk can't be done for free I guess.

Both reserve name search and bulk are paid services, but really helpful.

Yes, these services are really useful but are paid.

I can recommend what I tried and I am happy with - domaineye.com/reverse-whois :)
