How do I find out the owner of a site by the IP address?

hello,

There's a site which uses only an IP address with no public URL. When I plug the IP into various Whois sources, all I can find out is who hosts the site, but not the actual owner. How can I find the usual Whois and URL information to track the owner down?

try whois.sc/XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
replace "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" with a real ip address.
it still works.

Thanks. When I try any of the above it keeps pointing me to a Dutch ISP/Host, so I had assumed that company was simply hosting the site. Perhaps they own it though. Hmm.

^^ The IP only shows where the site is hosted. Unless the owner is sitting on his own server.

it will show you other contact details, if you are logged in with them so it's better to register for free, then login and see more details.
