How can I report this company?

Cosmotown is a scam company! They block users from transferring domains by providing fake transfer codes and refusing to release domains. I submitted a support ticket half a month ago, and they still haven’t solved the issue!

This is fraudulent behavior—beware of Cosmotown.com!

How can I report this company? Does anyone have similar experiences? Stay alert!

did you try to reset the auth code?
Sometimes codes need to reset before they work.

If your hundreds of domain names cannot be transferred out, no one is responding, and the transfer-in discount from another provider is about to expire, forcing you to pay thousands of dollars more—try to see if you can relax.

Resetting has no effect.

Did you try to transfer just one domain to another registrar to see if the transfer will succeed?

Reason for that is to remove any chance that the problem is on the receiving registrar and not in Cosmotown's codes.

If you have many domains that need transferring, it is worth losing the discount for one transfer just to make sure the problem is where you think it is imo.

We have think that Verisign is taking a break from price increase, then here we have Cosmo is doing it in place of Verisign, shame on them.

They confirmed 10 days ago that it was their problem. But since then, they've completely disappeared without any updates.
I own thousands of domains and have used more than a dozen registrars. This is the most unreliable platform I've ever used!

I read about cosmotown at the same time as I read about spaceship.
I looked at cosmotown first and for some reason, I just didn't like what I saw/felt or it just didn't gel with me.

I am now thankful that I never became a customer of cosmotown after reading your painful and troubling experience. I do hope you manage to transfer the domains. If they won't compensate you for the discounts you would have gotten, then leaving them fully and never returning would be my course of action.

Cosmotown may not be incompetent or a scam, but they shouldn't make customers pay for their shortcomings or errors. Such behaviour will lead to widespread customer loss and the bankruptcy sign going up on their website.

Is Epik going bankrupt? I used to use it, and it was pretty good. They even revamped their website recently.

I have test some domains to transfer, it was transferred in about 30 minutes or less, did not count.
Where did you try to transfer them?
P.s. I have nothing bad to say about Cosmotown, only the prices increased, but they had issues in the past which were resolved.

Thanks for your attempt. I don’t know how you managed to transfer successfully. I have 217 domains in there, but none of my passwords work. To save time, I tried password verification directly on Namecheap, and all of them were incorrect.
