How can I receive my payments?

- Can't use bank account or wire transfer because of my country
I have:
*Paypal
*Skrill
*Neteller
*Airtm
*Payoneer

but escrow does not pay for paypal ..
i asked for payoneer on escrow and they told me this -
Unfortunately, we do not release payments via Payoneer or any other third party payment services. The options for disbursement are Wire Transfer and ACH.

What are my options?

From what I know, Payoneer Bank Accounts accept local ACH transfers. Has it changed now?

As I know, escrow.com doesn't send any payouts to Payoneer including their bank accounts.
