How can I get my domain back? Pl. help me out.

I has registered a domain by snapnames dropping service and they gave me the registrar as bestregistrar.com

but now i have lost my id and password at their site.
I mailed them but they dont reply.
I even showed them the proof that i am their customer.
The domain is of high value.
what should i do??????

What is the proof? Isn't your email associated with the domain?

i sent them some of the credit card details through which i had backordered.they didnt even reply.

i used username recover and they said:

their is username and login set for this domain and they asked me my details and mail and I entered the same details and mail which i used to register they said they will reply.but how could the domain be without username.I dont get it.Pl. explain this to me.

in whois.sc it shows my name and mail but on bestregistrar it says this domain is not associated with username.

Contact snapnames, they can have your login info resent.

Call snapnames, this is probably one of their many dummy registrars they use for catching drops.
