How can I contact a private domain owner?

I have found a domain which I would like to make an offer on but the Registrant details are protected by Moniker privacy. An e-mail is provided which looks like this: [email protected]
Will i get through to the domain owner via this e-mail or do I need to contact Moniker directly.
