Yes, the immediate reaction to this is that this would be a good name for a porn video on demand channel, but I think there would be another avenue to explore with this name................HOTVOD could be a site where all the latest technologies that different companies are racing to bring to the masses could be tested out by the general public, discussed and advertised - like a hot off the press site - only this site would be one that would be heavily loaded with video content - take Wineguys recent post - his start off is absolutely hilarious, but he has a very important point - this is a land rush - not so much name extentions like .tv and .mobi, but whose video streaming technology will turn out to be the most used, most dominated and crowned king, be it video on the net or video on the cell or both....

Tthis site could definately be one where all the .mobiTV's .kangaroos of the net could show off their stuff aswell as new tech platforms - basically anything to do with the video content tzsunami that is coming surely sooner rather than later................

Obviously a hot topic right now - and bound to get more so with time unfortunately.

This site could act as a monitor of world wide events, showing news clips of current affairs that could push the world over the edge - my personal opinion is that we have never been closer than right now..............also this site could be a forum for geopolitical debate.

The only problem I see is ownership rights to video content, but I will have to look into that.

Any ideas as to potential value here??
