If you look at our tech's in a broad sense, I think you might agree with my assessment that last year was the introduction and this year it officially opens for biz. All of our ducks are in a row.
Consumer interest is in a measurable rise. Start-ups are coming on-board with content.
More new hardware this year and some 2nd gen hardware next year.

Now the broader domain look...
It has been a known market trend of the past that domain sales value and sales volume run a very close relationship with the NASDAQ, but seems to lag behind it by 2-4 months.
And we can see that the NASDAQ is in record territory the last 3 months.
Should we draw any conclusions from that ?

Perhaps that will brighten @KingslayerVR 's day !

I can understand why the different techs are given their own threads in the mainstream forum, although as we know the mods are way too strict in moving posts even when the 'other' tech is being mentioned in a relevant context. However, there just isn't enough activity to justify separate threads for adult, and this is probably the reason why people are inclined to post adult names in the mainstream threads. Hopefully the mods have enough IQ to realize the benefit of VR Dommy's new adult virtual forum.

I can understand why the different techs are given their own threads in the mainstream forum, although as we know the mods are way too strict in moving posts even when the 'other' tech is being mentioned in a relevant context. To me, you are having a VR name discussion or you are having a discussion about the VR keyword.

That is the difference. But if that is the case, why leave all the posts where the keyword is not part of the discussion. It has the appearance of getting personal but with a few people.
I am good with that. But I'm not wasting my time with it either.
This forum has been a dumping grounds for what nobody wants posted in their forums.
I am good with that also. It Keeps me from going to a bunch of places to view similar thinking on the same topics with different keywords.

I've dealt with the guy who he mentioned there (Alan). Nice guy, knows his stuff, been on Canada's Dragon's Den before, his company Meta+VRse is going right to the top, i could see that when they first started out when i owned the .com.

He's known about it for longer than I have though, the amount of times he's had discussions about it lol.

I know why he's mentioning it now but it's got more to do with a consultation company that he's just set up.

But I don't think it would be a good idea him joining the forum, I would just be screen printing all his posts from Facebook and Namepros then and I would become even more annoying/obsessed than I already am

This is a good video to watch as well, talks about where we are in terms of VR adoption stage @KingslayerVR , VR vs AR/MR and gives a good angle on what will help push the industry forward.

Worth watching all the way through because I like some of his points.

Not a conventional explanation but also makes a good point of why these tech's don't have to be battling against each other.
