Help! Tucows domain reseller broke

This Tucows domain reseller broke last week, and a month ago, they sent auth codes to their clients.

The problem is when you log in to the opensrs.net control panel, the domains DONT EXIST.

Many people affected, is there a way I can help (grab) those clients.
