This is the content

Hello there.
First I want to quote my email sent to opensrs last month and now I didn't found any solution to resolve it.

Nov 20th I sent this email to OpenSRS reseller support
Dear sir/madam,

I'm from Vietnam and my english is poor, but please help me this:

First I've registered many domain names with OpenSRS throught OpenSRS'

resellers such as bluedomino.com, powweb.com, etc... and I felt very

comforable with their supporting.

This year I found that OpenSRS does provide reseller account and I wanted to

join it very much.

On Oct 26th 2010 I've asked Duy Ng**** to creat a sub account 'xxxxxx' for

me from his reseller account. After that on Nov 3rd 2010 I've bought $25

from Duy Ng**** (who is my neighbourhood and we use same wifi network).

On friday Nov 5th 2010, My family and I've joined a travelling tour to Sapa

(a vietnam place) for one week.

When we came back home, we discovered that thief(s) had breaked suddenly

into the house. We lost motorbike, money, laptop and trifling others. (We

live in T** D** district, Ho Chi Minh city)

After that I've announced to local police to find the theif(s) and look for

solutions to get my data in my laptop back.

From that I discovered that some domains at godaddy.com and the others was

lost too. S/he use my information was saved in my laptop and login into my

godaddy account and steal the domain name *******.com. After that S/he's got

my email info[at]*******[dot]com to receive many other infos.

Now I've contacted with godaddy to get some remain domain names. And others

is transfered away and I cannot understand why or how S/he did that very

quickly.

I've whoised some of my domain names and found that the domain name is hold

by my sub reseller account at OpenSRS. It's unbelivable!!!! I've not even added

any money into my account except $25 from Duy Ng****. How could they do

that??

Please help me how could I get my domain names back. All of them now were

held.

If you want more information please let me know.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you

In the same day I replied
Thank you for your taking time to review my account.
in my opinion S/he has stolen my godaddy account (because I have remembered the username and password in my opera browser and get the domain name *******.com in it. After that S/he use the email address info[at]*******[dot]com to get more domain name from me. All of my domain name use admin email: info[at]*******[dot]com).
I think S/he's not transfered the domain name *******.com because S/he will still use it to get more domain names from me.
And some domain names which S/has transfered away from godaddy are: '*******.com', '*******.com', '*******.com', '*******.com', '*******.com', '*******.com', '*******.com', etc... I can't remembered all because I have a lot of domain names from many registrar.
It's difficult for me to write in English but please help me
I'm looking forward to hearing from you
Thank you very much

Dec 7th, I sent one more email
Hello there,
Is there anybody help me?
I want to get my domain names back. Please help me!
I need your help.
Please tell me what should I do now!

P.S:
I have attached the list of my credit card payment recently and I found that the money I paid for reseller open up is return. I don't know why did it happened. And OpenSRS didn't alert or send me any email. You just deleted the account without any notice.

I feel very bad these days because of losing my domain names.
I just want my domain names back.

But there is still no answer from Tucows up to now

And These are some images that I think OpenSRS's paymnet met a problem or OpenSRS never want me to join their services.
If you don't want me to register at your site, please tell me know or you can notice me by message such as "OpenSRS doesn't accept any registration from your country or your IP or anything else like that"
I will move to another domain name services such as godaddy, moniker,....
Sorry about my english but I have registered many domain names from many registrars, but I never met that problem

Nov 26th, I register the reseller account at OpenSRS, and successfully (payment and account created)

And 2 days later, OpenSRS deleted my account without any notice, Dec 1st, the money back to my credit

I think problem was from my credit card. So that I have opened new bank account and created new credit card.

Dec 12nd, I continued to register the reseller account at OpenSRS, and successfully (payment and account created)

Sorry but I'm confused...

did someone steal domain names or are you upset because
an account was deleted/removed?

1. I felt very bad because of losing my domain names.

2. I felt upset with the OpenSRS supporting

3. I tried to creat reseller account at Tucows but upset again because they always delete my account without any notice.

Domain owner wiyh same atttributes!!

I am in same position as you!! They seem to be unnacountable and relish the thought that they are immune from their companies scrutiny and are allowed to do as they please. I ncredible that a company would allow such practices or that their stockholders and ceos are compliant ,just for the al mighty dollar or even worse fro personal gain or misdirected childish satisfaction !

I'm with Miss Chiff, throughly confused but, bottom line was you didn't pay renewal fee's and your domains were lost? That happens with all registrars.
