Help me with GoDaddy Premium Listing

Hello Members

I am new to Domain Industry and recently made a sale on Godaddy. I listed a domain on Godaddy Premium Listing and I have received an email that it got sold on 2nd July 2019 but I have not received any money.

On 9th July 2019 I got an email that domain is transferred to your account. What exactly is that? For better explanation, I am attaching the screenshots.

I have sent an email to Godaddy Support, but can anyone here explain me why I have not been paid yet and what does the second email means?

Can you see the sale in your Godaddy account ?

You probably need to setup a payee account.

Payee was already setup before the sale and I re-checked it too.
Then you need to call, or email support for a direct answer.

Where to see that? I got an email that the sale happened, what more proof do we need? The domain is still sitting in my Godaddy dashboard.

I too got confused here. How could be you are seller and buyer at the same time. The domain has to be transferred to your buyer account not your.

Well if the domain is in your account, something has gone wrong, you need to reach out to support.

Did you 'Play around' with the sale settings.(testing) It looks like you inadvertently purchased the domain yourself. That may well cause false/positive Godaddy emails

Plus it doesn't strike me as a domain with value

Update - Godaddy Support said that the transaction was cancelled.
