.tv Help!! Got an offer via Email - Need your opinion!!

Hello mates,
Today I've got an offer for Imobiliario.TV via email. The offer is EUR 2,500, and the person who submitted the offer is from Brazil (As per the IP address). He intimated that he can pay (including the escrow fees) via escrow.com.

Imobiliario means Real Estate in Portuguese.

Portuguese is the widely spoken language in Brazil, Portugal and in some other countries. Total native speakers: More than 230 Million.

Imobiliario.TV is a non-premium name, with normal reg fee. So it will not be a problem for me to hold this name for an another 3-5 years.

What should I do? Can I submit a counter offer? or simply accept this offer? or should I hold this name for another couple of months?

Your opinions would be highly appreciated!

That's probably a reasonable offer based on recent sales. It depends how long you're willing to wait to sell. If .tv takes off this domain could be much more valuable.

BTW, I am not in an urge to sell this name to live, and my other domain names are generating enough parking revenue, which is enough for me to hold my entire portfolio.

Ok, if you suggest me to counter offer, how much I have to ask for this name?

I think that the counter offer of 3x is fine.
Even if you sell it at the price offered, you will come out as a winner.
You can buy more premiums

I would remember though that we are heading into the midst of a worldwide slow down in the Real Estate industry so you may have to hold it awhile.

realestate slump doesn't matter

Even though theres a realestate slump more and more people have to unload there homes regardless and in Brazil the economy is bomming...

Most of the internet realestate sites/portals/channels are no commision sites anyways..

im keeping all my realestate.coms, nets and most of all TV's which I luv very mucho..

Congrats on your offer. I would Counter with at least 7-9k. Real Estate in any language is prpbably worth more than the offer. If you have no intent on selling at a low price then ask for something lilke 25k and see what happens.

LOL when I first read this thread I thought it said US $, but its not. You don't seem very excited, so I would still counter with a high price. They contacted you so they have obvious interest in that paticular name.
