HELP! Bought a domain from Crystone.se

I found a good domain name in .se, and registered that name at Crystone.se on 7th December. They are using a third-party cc processor called Pay & Read. I've received the receipt from [email protected] for that .se name.

Till date I have not received access to the domain control panel, and surprisingly the WHOIS details contain wrong data. Later I found that the name was registered by an another person at a later date.

I've contacted [email protected] several times, but they did not respond. My CC was charged.

Is there any possibility of getting the domain name back?

If not, how can I get my money back? I'm thinking of filing a chargeback request at my CC company.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chargeback in any case. Think they screwed you over and took the name for themselves.

Or call them and tell them politely that you would go to ICANN.

Doubt they're going to give you the domain though.
