Hi all . I have a question.
i am a godaddy pro member and i had some points in my rewards section till 1 month ago which i uses to convert to instore credit. but since last 1 month all of my pending rewards points have vanished away from my account and ZERO reward points are getting added on my renewal spent money. Previously when i used to renew domains , the spent amount used to generate reward points but this has stopped since last more than 1 month. also my old reward points have vanished.
May I ask is anyone else having same issue ?
