.tv Great .TV not registered and not available from Enom.tv. Help!

There's a great .TV name I want that is clearly not registered according to every whois out there, but it's also not available for registration. I checked all the registries including enom.tv and it's not available/not in the premium domain list/not priced anywhere.

Are there certain .TV's that are just in limbo, waiting to be auctioned or otherwise reserved? Anyone have a good contact for who might know what's going on? Thanks!

Verisign has held about 2,000 names from being purchased in the database, not sure why they did this.

I even came across a $100,000 premium that the registrar was sedo, I have never seen this - must of been a deal with verisign to do a whole big auction on like e.co
