.tv Is this .tv available or not?

Hello. Forgive me if this question is silly, but im going to ask it anyway. Theres a .tv I may be interested in regging. I went to use dynadot to reg it... shows it as unavailable. When clicking on the whois... it is regged by TV CORPORATION through the year 2020. Using ahead.tv's tools, i have discovered it is in fact a premium, but not all that much. I went to visit the webpage and it brings up an advertisement for channelme.tv. I went to enom, it is listed backorder. So is this name registered or not?? Seems as tho it is, just wanted to be certain.

It is an unreleased premium name. So no it is not available right now but may be at some point if tv corp releases it into auction.
