Hi,

I have a question to TV Domainer's about Pending Delete -> Available Time.

As you can see in the attachment, I am interested in this TV domain, and I want to know when it would drop? Or if it has already dropped?

Domain Name: *******.TV:gn:
Registrar: GODADDY.COM, INC.
Whois Server: whois.godaddy.com
Referral URL: Domain Names, Web Hosting and SSL Certificates - Go Daddy
Name Server: NS37.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Name Server: NS38.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
Status: PENDING-DELETE
Updated Date: 23-aug-2010
Creation Date: 11-jun-2008
Expiration Date: 11-jun-2010

The thing is I have been monitoring this name for last 2 months, and calculated it will drop today at 2PM EST. To my surprise, it was available few minutes ago, and I registered it! But whois still shows Pending Delete and old information.

Am confused if it's a routine thing to see TV names dropping before 6 day period? Or do they drop before that? And, whois not updated with my details?

Ok, Then I think I will wait for Whois Update to get done before giving out the domain name.

My experience with .com is that, domain remains in PendingDelete for 6 days, before it's available for registration. Is it not the same time with .TV?

Just a Quick Update, I now see the whois updated.

Domain name was: IMMI.TV (Immigration).
