Google Weirdness

Our website changes rank from day-to-day for some keywords. One search using a certain keyword it will be on page 5, then 30-seconds later I do another search using the same *exact* keyword and it is on page 2, etc.

Anyone else experiencing this?

you probably get to another datacenter...otherwise it cannot fluctuate in seconds
