Many municipal and public courses use a Golf ID Card, they are usually only available for local residents. It entitles you to discount and access to courses you might not be able to play at. There are bids for the term Golf Card, and ads when you do a search on google for golf card. The only major site I can find devoted to this is GolfCard.com. GolfIDCard.com is almost as good...Any opinioins are welcome!

I personally think it has limited commercial value.. how would you develop such a site? I think it's quite a narrow focus. Just my opinion... low xx - mid xx
