Not sure how many of you guys are familiar with South Carolina, but Kiawah is a tourist and golf destination near Charleston.

It's one of those places where most of the homes are over a million dollars and has private beaches and golf resorts, etc.
They frequently host PGA matches and this year they will host the Senior PGA Championship.

For more of an idea about the place, you can look at Kiawah.com, Kiawah.org and KiawahResort.com, just to name a few. You can even look at the adsense ads at the top of this page.

Any thoughts on end user value on the .info? Maybe for a tourist or real estate agency?

Seems like a pretty good domain. I checked out kiawah.com, there's definitely potential to find nice advertisers for a well developed site.

You're looking for end-user value...I'd have to say around low to low-mid $XXXX to a motivated end-user. I think an end-user could definitely justify that purchase price for revenue potential for a site on kiawah.info. The only reason I think it couldn't be valued higher than that is the traffic loss to the already developed kiawah.com. But it's still a domain that could make you a nice profit in my opinion.
