Hey guys.. I am still fairly new and would love some input on this new domain that I acquired yesterday
Sorry for a longer post but I would like to provide the info that i've found.
I purchased both ColumbusGolfCourses.com and ColumbusGolfCourse.com and I am unsure if I should list them separate or as a package. ColumbusGolfCourses.com is almost 15 years old and ColumbusGolfCourse.com is 8 years old. Here are some basic stats that I found in my research:
"Columbus Golf Courses" currently get 590 monthly searches at a CPC of $1.48. Unfortunately, there aren't too many monthly searches, however I believe that the value will come from it being brandable. Columbus, OH (822k population) is listed as the the 2nd best (top 10) golf city and it host some very large PGA tournaments and Golf expos. One of the world greatest golf players originates from the City and there are many many golf courses in that area.
I've also found out that there are 28 states in the US who have a city named "Columbus" in them, which a high majority of them also have golf courses. On top of that.. Columbus also seems to be a popular golf club name and I've found quite a few golf courses / clubs that use the name.
So what do you guys think? Any kind of value? If yes, then what kind of range for 1 or the package?
