advice GoDaddy's "Good as Gold"

I have recently set up a GoDaddy's "Good as Gold" payment account and funded it, it shows a positive balance. I would like to be able to add it to my Payee settings, so that when I sell domains on GoDaddy auctions, the money would go to "Good as Gold" and be stored for my renewals. However, I see no way to add it as a method to my Payee settings - eCheck, Wire and Check remain the only options. Is this because I am not a US resident, or because I live in the euro zone, or I maybe miss something? My account's default currency is USD by the way. Does anyone have a similar experience?
