Bank of America - Wire transfer - Issues with add Payee

Hi All,
Have anyone faced issues while adding a payee for wire transfer in Bank of America?
Yesterday I tried to add a payee to complete some transaction. It is more than 24 hours and I am seeing pending validation error message for payee addition. Ideally it should not take more than 1-2 hours to add payee.
Can someone please suggest on what is the possible issue in case faced similar issues.

I had a similar problem, trying to pay Escrow.com just this last week. Although I have no idea whether it was adding the payee info. For me, I kept getting told they couldn't recognize the bank. Which was ridiculous. My bank was HSBC (not in US). I had to drive 130km and complete a form manually at the bank. Then despite promises it would be sent that day, there were still problems, which the bank could resolve, and the funds left the next day. Does any of that sound familiar?
