GoDaddy: The recipient's contact information can't be used to register the selected domains.

How do I solve this problem that has been lingering for over 3 years now? Domains can't be transferred into my account without this issue coming up.

I will appreciate any help that I can get.

Well the quick answer is - don't use Go Daddy. Or is there an industry wide reason for them rejecting you?
