Problems with GoDaddy push

Trying to push a domain to a fellow NP member but says:

"The recipient's contact information can't be used to register the selected domains."

Never had this before. What could be the problem?

You can try using only the email address and just tell him to update the Whois information manually.

I've had it happen before and what @Kenn DN mentioned fixed it.. Just push the domain without entering the other persons username/loginID. Instead, they will have to manually update it once they get the name.

Does anyone know what causes this error message to occur in the first place?
