I just got off the phone with GoDaddy because I didn't receive my TFA txt. It always comes immediately when I log in. So they told me that they are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. Apparently it is only with AT&T phone customers. I know it's not me because they had me send a text to myself from another phone. It came through no problem. Then I logged into NameCheap and TFA worked no problem.
In case anyone else runs into the issue, they told me they are trying to fix it and to try logging in again in the morning!
