It's not the first time that I pay 10 days after the auction, I never had problems with this, but today I have received a notice informing me of godaddy suspending the auction account.

Sounds like a bad attitude for the first time godaddy mistreats me, I spent a year in godaddy over $ 8,000, but no matter, godaddy re break your legs for $ 40.

but their conditions are flexible, if I pay $ 40 as a penalty, another way to get me more money.

Now what I can do? .. Because it is a business, but not like this bad deal, more when they take up to 20 days to pay me domains sold at auction.

I just do not agree, now I move to another company.

advise me another company!?

What was the reason they gave for suspending your account?

the reason is that I can not delay to pay, I have only 72 hours, did not know, in fact I have always paid 10 days after last, so I do it for a long time.

I have clients, lawyers sometimes have delayed payments, business is not a dictatorship, I will not tell - you know, now you have to pay more.

I think it's very bad business, there are different types of customers, and should not be tyrannize.

when the blackout godaddy, I lost money, and a lot of upset customers, I hold, I do not complain, now this. $ 40 Dollars is the problem.

I won an auction on 1/30 and it was quite clear that I was to pay for the domain by 2/2. I'm not sure if that's new or not because I don't use godaddy much, but the due date was quite clear in the email from godaddy.

If it's an expired auction, i assume they can't be flexible on the 2 days. I missed a payment once and I had to pay $10 to reinstate my account.

Is this a joke? If you have spent $8k there, and you do not know the rules, that payment is due on the 3rd day, and the auction drops usually on the 7th, how can they wait 10 days?

Godaddy did nothing wrong, when you bid you agreed to it... They are trying to clean up their auction platform of deadbeat bidders, can you blame them?

Stop blaming them, if you cannot afford the domains, do not bid, enough bad bidders on the system as it is. If you do not have the money to pay, why are you bidding?

You might as well be talking to a rock.
Xanin will always blame someone else.
Xanin will never get it.

here than it is that not all spend the same amount of money on domains, and if you focus on this, knows of what I speak.

How little you value your money, your desecion to go to another registrar.

Business is good:

1 - take care of your customer, which represents $ 40, nothing.

I mean, if your mindset as a businessman is to treat everyone equally is very wrong, and you will do badly in business, this is money, $ 40 is not the same as $ 1000.

I blame those who enjoy my purchase, I can choose any other, you have to do something for it, not just say, here is the domain and point.

You know how much money winner godaddy with my auctions? ..

hundreds of domains in "premium" charging 30% ..
5% in regular auctions,

2 - I always pay my auctions, the last was $ 175 for two domains.

It's not that I want to do what I please, only that an error has already been allowed, suddenly change and want to take advantage of it.

I purchased over 20 domains in the same way, I hope 10 days to pay, always, and without problems.

3 - It is ironic, godaddy rules can be changed if you paid $ 40, that money does not win the domain owner, is to godaddy.

Business - Follow the rules or get thrown out.
See, if one goes into a saloon, one can spend a lot of money, buying round after round for everyone in the saloon.
But get drunk?
Get sent out.

All businesses have rules!
If you can not follow rules (hey, have you looked at the rules here on namepros?), you lose.

Go godaddy was correct and did take care of their business by their actions against you.

You can either cry, pay or beg at godaddy...
Or buy and sell domains elsewhere until again you break the rules.

I have no sympathy for you or anyone else who whines and cries and accuses companies when you and others are the ones in the wrong.

You didn't know there was a payment deadline...... how in the world did you miss that in those over 20 emails from Godaddy?

Here's the email I got:

Winning bid for **********.com

IF YOU ACTIVELY BID ON THIS DOMAIN AT Go Daddy Auctions, please follow the instructions below by 02/02/2013 10:41 AM to complete your purchase.

Seems crystal clear to me.

I do not need sympathy, I have money, and I can ask whatever I want, the rules as you see you .. are fickle, money talks.

I put an example, a bank has rules, charges $ 35 fee of $ 1, you think, well it's just ... the business has rules, ok, because I'll tell you, the bank only charges that amount to the poor "with little movement in their accounts "
if you move at least $ 5,000 a week, and exceeds its amount, the bank will not charge fees.

Know why?, Because you do make money, spend, the bank is not going to take $ 35, the bank will raise the credit to $ 5,000 without even having it.

Dear friend These are the rules in business, there are no rules.

It is fair, it is not, but it is what it is.

I have bought a few at godaddy Auctions . I always pay promptly and never bid on any domain unless I have the Money. Also I am very pleased that Godaddy is cleaning house with the tire kickers ! I just wish Sedo would do the same and ban a few To get some attention.

Question - How would you as a seller like it if you had to wonder for 10 days wether you were going to be PAID ? I am guessing you would not . Nor would any other seller.

Yeah, but domain expiration is a timely process. If you miss a deadline, the domain goes into the next phase of the process. You had 48 hours to pay for the domain...godaddy isn't going to just put up THEIR money to hold a domain for you that you might not pay for? That makes zero sense.

i can't believe you are defending your stance on this. You were wrong. Pay them $40 or don't. Your choice.

I do not say that the rules are wrong, I say that already happened before.

See it in this perspective:

1 - Payment for participation in the auction godaddy.

2 - Godaddy earn a percentage on all auctions.

3 - Godaddy wins in all records of expired domains.

4 - Godaddy earn 30% on premium domains.

hell, I work for godaddy!

I end this issue, do not share the same view. For me, my money has value, this is business, not extremism fit, lose my participation in an auction is extremism, if godaddy is willing to lose my money, well I'm willing to spend it elsewhere.

so, it is my decision.

Boy, this guy has no sense of business and how businesses actually run...

Your bank analogy has not a damn thing to do with the fact that YOU BROKE A GODADDY RULE!

Now quit your whining, crying and bitching and go back to godaddy and tell them you messed up and will not do so in the future.

Here on this forum?
You can again whine, cry and bitch but not one person here will get your godaddy account back.

But then, most whiners, cryers and bitchers know that, yet they still think a forum is the place to go.

Geesh...stop the madness.
Go get some good liquid refreshment and chill out!

Learn this:
If you owe me a thousand dollars to the bank, this will sue you, but if you owe a million, they invite you to dinner.

good luck my friend.

Xamin. You are in the wrong. It's always been 72 hours until payment. And they send you at least 2 emails before that time to remind you. You never got any of those emails before? I don't believe you if you say you never did. Pay the $40 and get your account re-instated. Stop the whining, and move on.

This guy will never admit he screwed up!

Him and his weird bank stuff...hahahahhahaha

Here, you owe a bank a million bucks, or more?
And don't pay?
They will go after your butt big time!

Nope, he will only want to whine, cry, bitch trying to convince someone he is right and godaddy is wrong.
And everyone is telling him, you are wrong and godaddy is right.
