In regards to your opening thread, my understanding is that GoDaddy no longer offers email or trouble ticket support. You either have to call their support number or use a live chat feature.
According to the article above both support methods were removed in favor of live chat and phone support.
It was quietly implemented a few months ago and it's definitely a surprising move but.... it is....what it is.
Hopefully you can get your issue resolved in a efficient and painless fashion.
Well I just tried phoning them and got no-one after hanging on the phone for 10 minutes ! Plus there is no chat window so I can't get in touch with them basically ! Totally useless ! Time to dump them and find someone else methinks.
My chat contact button for them says they are currently experiencing high chat volume. Probably the same for phone if chat is bumping like that. I have used chat twice with them with no problems though.

hmm.... I can proudly say that I have been their client for many years and one of the main reasons is the excellent technical support over the telephone.
.. yes, sometimes it takes time to wait for you to be served, but that is the same at every large company
