I'm having a tiny bit of trouble with Namejet.
It's my first time using them.
A few weeks ago I won 5 "pre-release" auctions for 5 LLLL.coms.
Shortly after winning these auctions I received a two automated emails from Namejet. One email said that 3 of these domains had been successfully paid for with my credit card. The second email said that the 2 remaining domains could not be paid for because my card had been declined.
Before I had chance to contact namejet about the problem I received another email saying that ALL FIVE of the domains could now not been paid for. When I signed into namejet I could see that the three domains that had previously been shown as "paid for / complete" were now showing as refunded/not paid for.
That's when I wrote a support ticket.
After around a week of no reply from namejet, I received my credit card bill in the post. Three Namejet payments were on it, for three domains. (Presumably the three that initially were shown as paid for).
When I checked whois.sc though I could see that all 5 domains now appeared to have been re-auctioned and had found new owners.
I then tried signing into my namejet account to see what was going on, but it said that my account had been disabled and that I had to send a support ticket to get it enabled.
So I wrote out a fresh ticket, (my previous one had by this point vanished without trace). I received a reply quite quickly to this ticket saying that they've forwarded the issue to their "risk assessment" team (or something along those lines), and that I'd receive an email from them directly.
After 2 weeks of no reply I updated my ticket saying that nobody had emailed me yet and that I'm still waiting for help on this. A couple of days after doing that my support ticket vanished.
So right now I seem to be left with:
None of the 5 domains that I won
A disabled namejet account
No record of my previous 2 support tickets
A $700 credit card bill
Oh, and to cap it off, I've received another automated namejet email telling me that I've been charged for not paying for the domains on time.
Do you have any advice on what to do next?
The whole thing seems like a gigantic confusing mess.
Thanks.
