GoDaddy refunds

I think this is of interest for many of us.

Almost 4 days has passed I haven't heard nobody been refunded for failed .eu preregistrations.
How much are we supposed to wait?
Do we have to send a written request within a certain date?
It's just a paypal payment, it should be automatic! :td:
