Hello,

I got an email from godaddy .......

Code:
[email protected] via leon

Dear Valued GoDaddy Customer.

Your account contains more than 4384 directories and may pose a potential
performance risk to the server.
Please reduce the number of directories for your account to prevent possible
account deactivation.

In order to prevent your account from being locked out we recommend that you
create special tmp directory.

Or use the link below:
https://www.godaddy.com/?isc=????????????

Sincerely,
GoDaddy technical support.

so how to delete the directories??..

Best regards,
Domainerr

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Check the email again.

It is a phishing attack.

Simply copy the URL link, by hovering your mouse over the link you received in your email, and paste it into notepad.

There must be a different source link masked underneath the link visible in the email.

You'd be able to see the original URL there.

Please take care not to post the actual phishing links. We wouldn't want anyone to get tricked, and we certainly don't want to help promote those sites to search engines. I've edited out any remaining phishing links that I could find, but it's best not to click the links in these quotes.

I got that a few days back.
Again, check the links BEFORE clicking on them.

  • The sidebar remains visible by scrolling at a speed relative to the page’s height.
