Not sure if this GoDaddy mail is from GoDaddy. What do you think?

Well i received this email from a godaddy address ([email protected]) that i thought suspicious so forwarded it directly to godaddy support ([email protected]), only to receive an email back asking me to submit my request through one of their other methods. Tried them all but none worked which was helpful especially when their mail informed me that i should not expect a response from my previous email. So after wasting an hour or so trying to submit my inquiry through their support options i had to give up. All i wanted to do was send a copy of this email to their support.

Your account contains more than 3406 directories and may pose a potential performance risk to the server.
Please reduce the number of directories for your account to prevent possible account deactivation.

SCAM. It will take to a made up page with "dcc.godaddy.com.XYZ.abc" in the URL. Do not enter your login info under any circumstances.

The first email address you give is from secureserver.net, not a Godaddy address. Only the words before the very last .com have any meaning. That would be enough of a red flag for me.

It ended in my spam folder. Godaddy's email comes with graphics.

I smiled and deleted it.
